Jungle Mario

Jungle Mario is a 2D platform game that’s been openly inspired by Super Mario Bros, but, the protagonist and enemies are pretty different than the ones in the original game.

Jungle Mario challenges you to move through a jungle filled with flying bricks and enemies as well as coins you need to collect. The idea here is to advance and pick up as many coins as possible, while dodging the many enemies that can easily cause your demise. As you move through the different worlds, you’ll unlock new levels that include more enemies, coins and traps.

Gameplay is simple: on the right hand side of the screen you’ll see the jump button, if you tap on it three times your jumps will defy gravity. To the left hand side you have an arrow to help you move forward and another to go back (careful though because you can’t go walk backwards further than where the screen ends).

Jungle Mario is a Super Mario Bros clone that’s a lot less charming but just as entertaining.
